HOUSE RULES: 1. No Smoking or Vaping Inside Home or Near Doorways 2. No Unregistered Overnight Guests 3. No Pets 4. Report Any Damages or Issues Immediately 5. Please observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces. 2 cars max in driveway. Park all vehicles in the driveway, do not park on the grass 6. Please place all trash in outside reciprocals located on the exterior wall of the house. 7. We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. 8. Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to be in the suite and stay overnight. 9. Notice that failure to conform to city ordinance constitutes a violation of the code for which an occupant may be cited.

Please note that the front house (Big-Z Haus) has a parking place to the left of the house, next to the large tree for 1 maybe 2 cars. Please no more than 2 cars in the street. Please DO NOT park on the long drive way that heads to the back of the house; this parking is for the back house only. Note, we are only permitted to have accommodate 3 cars at Big-Z Haus overnight (one for each bedroom). If you have more than 3 vehicles, please make other arrangments. Thank you for your understanding.
